Qualified and admitted Iraqi Lawyer, studied law in Baghdad and awarded Bachelor degree. Awarded Master of law from London.
Ex-Legal Advisor to Iraq National Oil Company from establishment in 1964.
Participated in most of the projects undertaken then. Including oil & gas exploration, drilling, production, transport, refining and marketing. International agreements with American, Brazilian, Bulgarian, French, Spanish and USSR companies relating to construction of refineries, pipelines, ship building and other major infra structure projects. Transborder pipelines network with Saudi Arabia, Syria and Turkey.
Until 1980 worked as legal adviser to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company in the UAE. Advising on oil and gas offshore and onshore projects, financing agreements, JV, Eurobond issues, taxation, environmental legislation and project privatisation.
Since 1980 practised as legal consultant in London advising on matters of international law involving GCC and other Arab countries, Cote de Ivoire, Indonesia, Mexico, Nigeria,
Appeared as expert before the High Court of Justice in England in numerous cases. Participated in institutional and ad-hoc arbitration proceedings

  - Employment about 25 year in Military Production Authority projects:
  In electrical, energy and maintenance departments as executive electrical engineer, management, rehabilitation of industrial projects. management and implementation of high & low voltage power equipments ,emergency power ,critical power (ups) , preparing studies maintenance for technological and technical services and providing consultancy for electrical equipment specifications.
  - Employment about 15 year in Iraqi ministry of health (MOH), Directory of engineering projects: Director of buildings department 3 years and as a consultant engineer for review, evaluation and approved of electrical drawing concept ,basic and details designs, specification ,BOQ , material of equipments and all activities of electrical systems for monitoring and control of contracts for the construction of large-capacity teaching general hospitals (turnkey job)for more than 30 contracts and all activities in the health buildings .

- Senior Mechanical Engineer, studied production engineer in Baghdad & awarded Bachelor degree/ University of Technology/ 1987.
- Ex-Welding Workshop Technology Engineer/ Iraqi Atomic Energy Organization; (Nov. 1987 – Apr. 1992)
- Owner & shareholder/ Eng. Muthena Aldouri Bureau/ Baghdad, Almustefa Bureau/Basra, Arth Almewarid Co. & Alshakhis Contracting – Trading Group; (1992 – Present).
- More than thirty years of experience in site, workshops & engineering fields in both governmental & private sectors; (technical & management) as follows:
- Managing the mechanical & welding works in the rehabilitation of several projects; AI-Dora’s refinery, Almusayab thermal power plant, Alnassirya thermal power plant, Alnajibya thermal power plant, Alhartha thermal power plant (welding Super visor) & Baby milk plant (mobilizations).
- Responsible & managing mechanical activities such as checking, studying, determinate of the technical specification for all projects & laid tenders handled by the company, specially the specified welding works which must be according to the international standard & the firefighting units in the power plants; Qudus-3 GTP, Taza GTP & Rumaila GTP.
- Member in; Member in the Iraqi Engineering Union, the Jordanian Engineering Union, the Iraqi Contractors Federation, Baghdad Chamber of Commerce & the Iraqi Federation of Industries.
