    • Participate in discussions of the five-way connection with neighbouring countries and supervise the implementation of the 152KV connection line with Turkey, carried on the 400KV line between Sluby and Zakho, as well as supervise and coordinate the Syrian connection line between Al-Suwaidiah area in Syria and Nineveh in Iraq
    • Supervising and implementing the reconstruction of substations, power transmission lines and power plants in Nineveh
