  - Employment about 15 year in Iraqi ministry of health (MOH), Directory of engineering projects: Director of buildings department 3 years and as a consultant engineer for review, evaluation and approved of electrical drawing concept ,basic and details designs, specification ,BOQ , material of equipments and all activities of electrical systems for monitoring and control of contracts for the construction of large-capacity teaching general hospitals (turnkey job)for more than 30 contracts and all activities in the health buildings .

- Implementation and maintenance of electric power transmission lines for ultra, high and medium Voltage, including the first overhead lines of the super grid in Iraq (East Baghdad station lines)
- Implementation and maintenance of electric power transmission stations for ultra, high and medium Voltage, including the first GIS substation for ultra-high voltage in Iraq (Mosul substation)
- Working in the Planning and Technical Studies Department and presenting a plan for developing the electricity sector for the period from 1987 to 2000. The plan included thermal electric power plants, Bkhama and Mindawa dams Hydro Power Station, including related Grids.
- Following up and supervising the implementation of the power plants (Qudus-1 and Qudus-3 thermal power station, the expansion of the Erbil power station, Dohuk power station, Rumaila power station, expansion of Taza power station and Khor Al-Zubair power station)
- Supervising the inspection and installation of the first 132KV cable between Baghdad Al-Jadida substations and Baghdad South power station with SWA (Japanese Company)
- Supervising and implementing power factor improvement between substations and Ministry of Industry factories
- Setting specifications, checking and installing of 132KV mobile substations with Toyota Co. (Medinsha) for a period of 30 years
- Participate in discussions of the five-way connection with neighbouring countries and supervise the implementation of the 152KV connection line with Turkey, carried on the 400KV line between Sluby and Zakho, as well as supervise and coordinate the Syrian connection line between Al-Suwaidiah area in Syria and Nineveh in Iraq
- Supervising and implementing the reconstruction of substations, power transmission lines and power plants in Nineveh
- Providing consultations with several Iraqi and international companies
